Schramsberg Mirabelle is a Brut sparkling blend from California's North Coast. 25% of the juice is fermented in barrel.
The nose offers pear, tangerine and ripe peach, with subtle hints of vanilla and star anise. On the palate come mandarin orange, stone fruit and yellow apple, balanced by crisp citrus acidity, and the finish is lingering.
