Se Busca Mezcal Artesanal Madrecuishe Joven

Se Busca Madrecuishe is a joven mezcal artesanal made in Oaxaca, Mexico. The name means 'wanted' in Spanish and pays tribute to the women of the Mexican Revolution, the Adelitas and Soldaderas. The mezcal is produced in San Juan del Rio at a family-owned distillery that has overseen artisanal production for generations. Maestros mezcaleros Rodolfo and Mary Lopez Sosa craft it by hand. On the palate it is balanced, with nuts, fruit and green vegetable notes that turn smoothly to a spicy aftertaste.
