Seagram's 83 is a Canadian rye whisky made as a tribute to Joseph Seagram's Original Rye, first produced at the Waterloo distillery in 1883. This version comes in a 37.5cl bottle at 40% ABV.
The nose is delicate, with maple and vanilla over subtle grain, light fruit and seasoned oak. The palate is soft, with maple sweetness and vanilla alongside gentle fruit and mild spice. The finish is clean and slightly dry, with lingering vanilla and seasoned oak.
