Seagram's Five Star is a Canadian blended whisky in a 750ml plastic bottle, bottled at 40% ABV. The brand was first introduced by Seagram in the early 1960s and is now sold under Canadian Five Star Distilling.
The style is light, with soft grain sweetness at its centre, alongside caramel, vanilla, fruit, nuts and gentle spice.
The nose is mild, with light caramel and vanilla, soft fruit and nuts. The palate brings toffee and light fruit, and the finish is clean and slightly dry, with lingering grain sweetness and a touch of oak.
