The style leans on oak, with a dark amber colour, a creamy texture and a pronounced woody character alongside caramelised sweetness, vanilla and warming spice. On the nose, vanilla and caramel meet warming spice and toasted wood. The palate is full-bodied and creamy, with caramel, vanilla, bold oak and gentle sweetness. The finish is long and dry, with spicy oak, toasted wood and restrained caramel.
