A Speyside single malt bottled by North Star Spirits for the 21st batch of their Cask Series. It was distilled in 2010 and bottled in late 2022, and comes in a 70cl bottle at 43.7%.
The whisky matured in an oloroso hogshead, and the outturn was 342 bottles.
The official notes describe caramelised mango and smashed pistachios on the nose, toasted marshmallows on the palate, and a finish of peppery sherry with walnuts.
