Secret Speyside (M) 2005 18 Year Old Signatory Vintage (57.7%)

Secret Speyside (M) is an 18 year old single cask Speyside malt from Signatory Vintage, bottled at a cask strength of 57.7% as part of the Cask Strength Collection. The whisky was matured in a first fill Oloroso sherry butt from 11 July 2005 until 15 August 2023. It is non-chill-filtered and natural colour, and the cask yielded 683 bottles. Raisins, dried oak and chocolate orange come through on the nose. The palate is full and soft, with nutmeg, cinnamon and stewed fruit.
