Type
Single Malt Whisky
Sequoia Whisky Signature Bio is an organic French single malt made by the Distillerie du Vercors, founded in 2016 by Anne-Hélène and Eric at the foot of the Vercors. It is distilled at low temperature in a Nautilus still, which lets the spirit boil at around 50°C rather than 100°C and preserves floral and fruity aromas. Every stage is done by hand, from brewing to bottling. The whisky is of natural colour and is not chill-filtered. The name honours a centuries-old sequoia standing in the distillery courtyard.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
