Shinobu Kihei is a Japanese single malt made in Niigata by the Shinobu Distillery. It is produced from 100% malted barley, distilled and bottled at the distillery, and bottled at 46% ABV.
The nose offers ripe fruit, vanilla and cereal, with light woody touches. The palate is round, elegant and balanced, with a pleasant sweetness, and the finish is delicately spiced.
