This is a Japanese single malt from the Shizuoka distillery, the first edition of Pot Still W made from Japanese barley. It is bottled at 55.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle and comes in a tube.
The whisky was released at the end of May 2023 in Japan, in a limited run of 2,500 bottles. It has won awards.
The delicate character of Japanese barley comes through alongside a deep, rich aroma.
