Sibona Camomilla is a chamomile liqueur from Sibona of Piedmont, Italy. Chamomile flowers are slowly infused in unaged grappa, then aged in stainless steel until fully harmonious. It is lightly sweet and floral, with a pale straw colour and warm yellow nuances. Best enjoyed neat or on ice, it can also be used in light cocktails or served over ice cream.
