Signal Hill is a Canadian whisky from Newfoundland, made with locally sourced corn and barley and Newfoundland water. It is aged in three barrels and is non-chill-filtered, in a 70cl bottle.
Vanilla and dried fruit run through the palate, with a gentle spice that lingers. It can be sipped neat or used as the base of a whisky cocktail.
