Signatory Vintage Strathisla 2016/2026 10 Year Old PX Sherry Finish (70cl, 46%)

This is a 10-year-old Speyside single malt from Strathisla, in Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It was distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2026 at 46% ABV, in a 70cl bottle, from casks 22 and 23. After its first maturation in refill sherry butts, the whisky spent more than two years in first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry butts. It is bottled without added colour and without chill-filtration. The nose offers plum, fig and raisin with syrup, vanilla and cinnamon. On the palate come dark cocoa, honey and stewed fruit. The long finish stays raisiny and oaky, pleasantly dry and sweet at once.
