Sild Jöl En Reek is a German single malt whisky made at the Slyrs distillery. Its name means ‘fire and smoke’ in Sölring, the North Frisian dialect.
The whisky matured for three years, from 2017 to 2020, before being bottled at 43% ABV with its natural colour preserved. Its character is described as peaty and smoky.
