Siobhán 1989 is a 27-year-old Irish single pot still whiskey from a single cask, bottled in November 2016 by the independent bottler The Stillman's. The spirit was distilled in Ireland in 1989 and matured in an ex-bourbon cask. It was bottled at a cask strength of 50.1% ABV, without colouring or chill-filtering, in a 70cl bottle. The outturn was 103 bottles. Tropical fruit runs through the nose and palate, and the texture on the palate is oily.
