Skot'Tiche Pure Malt is a blended malt from Wave Distil in Belgium, bottled on 1 December 2016 at 40% in a 50cl bottle. The malt whiskies in the blend matured in French oak, port and cognac casks, and the release ran to 3,000 bottles.
The nose offers light malt, caramel and sweet wood with a soft vinous note from the used casks. The palate is smooth, with grain, light sweetness, a touch of raisin and subtle woody spice, leading to a short to medium, warm finish.
