Slainte Vatted Malt #3 is a blended malt from the Highlands, bottled in memory of a special person as part of the Make a Memory edition. It was finished for several months in a 30-litre Cognac cask. The whisky is rich and aromatic, with plenty of fruit, malty tones, roasted nuts and a hint of charred oak. A little smoke shows in the finish. It is intense and gently warming, yet harmonious and creamy despite its high strength.
