This is a Bavarian single malt from Slyrs, bottled as the FC Bayern München Edition at 40% vol. in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky spent three years in oak casks, then a further six months in wheat beer casks, a finish that points to its Bavarian origin.
The nose is fine malt with pear, banana and spice. The palate brings fruit, spice, malt and honey, with a creamy, soft texture. The finish is long, spicy and sweet.
