Slyrs Port Cask Finish is a single malt from Schliersee in Bavaria, made from malted barley and Schliersee water and finished for nine months in tawny port casks. It is bottled at 46% without colouring or chill-filtration. It is brown with a copper-red tint. The nose is spicy and fruity, with red berries, caramel and vanilla, and on the palate the port comes through clearly alongside robust, malty notes.
