A 10 year old Smögen single malt matured in an Oloroso sherry hogshead and bottled in 2025 at 51.4% ABV. It comes in a 50cl bottle, from an outturn of 1,490 bottles.
The nose pairs clear peat smoke with deep Oloroso notes and dark dried fruit, along with bitter orange peel, leather and dry tobacco. The palate is malty and oily, with peat, dense sherry sweetness and spice, plus liquorice and fine dark chocolate on a subtle oak frame.
The finish is long, with a salty maritime note, aromatic tobacco and oily spices that leave a persistent smoky-sherry aftertaste.
