Smoke Wagon Uncut Unfiltered is a straight bourbon from Nevada, bottled from the barrel without chill filtration or dilution. It is a blend of high rye bourbons, made with bourbon from MGP in Indiana and aged in the Nevada desert climate. Each release is batch-numbered, with the strength varying from batch to batch at roughly 56 to 58% ABV.
The nose brings caramelised pecans, dark cherry, charred oak and brown sugar. The palate is silky and oily, with cinnamon, vanilla, tobacco, leather and toasted orange peel. The finish is long and spicy, with lingering heat, oak tannins and dark caramel.
