Island Peat Edition is a single malt from Smoky Scot, bottled by Aceo, in a 70cl bottle. This Orkney release opens a series exploring the peat styles of the Scottish islands, and sits alongside the brand's more heavily peated Islay whisky. It was released on 15 September 2026. The heather-rich peat gives a fragrant, gentle smoke with floral and earthy touches, while honeyed sweetness, fruit and spice stay clear. It is bottled at 46%, in natural colour and without chill-filtering. On the nose, wild heather and soft earthy notes meet smoke like a distant campfire. The palate offers light herbal notes, citrus and honeysuckle. The finish is fresh and clean, with peat lingering.
