Old Scout Straight Bourbon is a high-rye bourbon from Smooth Ambler, made from a mash bill of 60% corn, 36% rye and 4% malted barley. It is bottled at 99 proof without chill-filtration and is hand-selected in limited batches.
The palate brings butterscotch, leather and cherry pipe tobacco, sweet and smooth, with a spicy rye edge.
