Sonoma Wheat Bourbon is an American whiskey in a 75cl bottle, made from 80% wheat and 20% malted rye. The wheat is grown in California and Canada, and the malted rye comes from the UK.
It spends three years in used American oak barrels, then about eight months finishing in Cognac barrels. The result is a rich, creamy whiskey that combines wheat and rye with a subtle influence from the Cognac casks.
