Spey Fumare (70cl, 46%)

Spey Fumare is a single malt Scotch whisky from Speyside, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered. It is a smoky, peaty malt from a region more often associated with smooth, fruity whiskies, which sets it apart from most of its neighbours. On the nose there is soft smoke, light citrus and a hint of vanilla. The palate is smoky, with sweet malt and light spice, leading to a warm finish.
