This is a 15 year old single cask Caol Ila from the Spirit of Scotland range, a series of single cask malts bottled at cask strength. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 57% ABV.
The whisky was distilled in 2010, matured in a first fill sherry butt and bottled in 2025.
The notes describe sultana and blackcurrant with cured meats on the nose. The palate brings red berries, festive spices and blood orange, ending with bonfire embers on the finish.
