This is a nine-year-old Spirit of Yorkshire single malt from England, distilled in 2017 and finished in a Moscatel cask. Berry Bros. & Rudd bottled cask 2231 in 2026 at 57.1% for The Auld & The Bold edition. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose opens with apricot skin, raspberry jam and orange oil, with pineapple and blossom honey. On the palate are juicy peach, ginger spice and chocolate shavings, alongside the sweetness of tropical fruit. The finish stays fruity and lively, fading with soft spice and lingering honey.
