This is a Tasmanian single malt from Spirit Thief, bottled at 48.3% in a 50cl bottle. It was matured in French oak casks that previously held grenache wine, sourced from the Clarendon region of the Adelaide Hills.
The nose is citrus blossom orchards and Valencia oranges. The palate is full of peaches, nectarines, sugared almonds, cinnamon, white chocolate, five-spice and nutmeg, with a hint of white pepper.
