Spring Bay Apera Cask is a Tasmanian single malt, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is made from Tasmanian barley and locally sourced rainwater, and matured in an Apera cask. The nose is caramel and raisins with lifted floral notes. The palate has caramel and dried fruit sweetness with hints of white pepper, and the finish is long and warming.
