The nose opens with sweet vanilla custard, barley sugar and caramel slice, alongside fruity toffee apple and herbaceous undertones.
The palate starts bright and sweet, then builds to a rich, clean warmth with spicy tannin and apple. The finish is long and warm, fading into semi-sweet caramel and lingering stone-fruit tingles.
