Spring Bay Bourbon Cask is a Tasmanian single malt in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV. It is made from Tasmanian barley and locally sourced rainwater, and matured in an ex-Maker's Mark bourbon cask.
The nose opens with sweet vanilla and creme brulee, with fruity and herbaceous undertones. The palate starts bright and sweet, then builds to a rich, warm glow of spicy tannin and peach flesh. The finish is long and warm, fading into semi-sweet caramel and lingering stone fruit.
