This is a Tasmanian single malt from Spring Bay, made from Tasmanian barley and locally sourced rainwater. It was matured in a tawny cask. The nose is sweet and layered, with butterscotch and Christmas muscatels. On the palate come caramel syrup and plum pudding spices, with soft oaky tannins and leather settling in behind. The finish brings cherry cordial and nutty undertones.
