A 10 year old single malt from Springbank, the Campbeltown distillery, in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky was matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, and is described as complex and balanced from the first sip to the finish.
The nose offers orchard fruit, particularly pear, with a little peat, vanilla and malt. On the palate come malt, oak, spice, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla. The finish is sweet, with a lingering salty tingle.
