Springbank 10 Years Old is a single malt from Campbeltown, matured in a mix of bourbon and sherry casks and bottled at 46% ABV. The two cask types give the whisky depth of flavour.
It is lightly peated, with maritime notes alongside a fresh, fruity balance.
The nose brings plenty of oak, exotic spices, guava, heather honey and gentle smoke. The palate is full, sweet and creamy, with hints of smoke, marzipan and cigar boxes. The finish is smoky, ending on sweet cider and roasted barley.
