A young Springbank of five years, distilled in 2020 and bottled in 2025 after maturing in bourbon casks. It is bottled at 57.1% in a 70cl bottle, and is described as having a fresh fruit character and an oily texture.
The nose opens with green apples, gorse, wine gums and a mineral note. The palate is well balanced, with a hint of peat smoke, sweet icing sugar and white chocolate, before tomato plant, sunflower seeds and linseed oil develop. The finish shows honey and gooseberries.
