A 12-year-old Springbank bottled for Christmas 2002 at 57% in a 70cl bottle. It was distilled in 1990 and matured in a single Madeira wood cask, and 66 bottles were produced.
This 100 Proof Christmas bottling was made for the shareholders, directors and employees of the Springbank distillery in Campbeltown. The distillery is the oldest in Scotland still owned by the same family, and it carries out the whole of its production at one site.
