Springbank 15 Year Old is a single malt from the Springbank distillery, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. Its character leans towards sherry, with spice, dried fruits and nuts.
The nose is fragrant and rich, with fruit salad, caramel, pineapple, guava and passion fruit, alongside dried leather, old rope, toffee sweetness and granary toast. The palate is full and rich, with creamy fruit salad and more exotic fruit, oaky tannins and a hint of spice. The finish is fairly long, with a gentle warmth.
