This is the 2022 release of Springbank 30 Year Old, a single malt bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The release was limited to 1,400 bottles worldwide.
Springbank has been owned and run by the Mitchell family in Campbeltown since 1837. The distillery was mothballed between 1979 and 1987, and when it reopened it stopped selling to the blending industry to concentrate on single malts. It malts, distils, bottles and matures whisky on the same site.
