Springbank 30 Year Old is a Campbeltown single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46% ABV without chill-filtration or added colour. The casks are 85% bourbon and 15% sherry.
The nose has candle smoke, manuka honey, cranberries, white pepper, floral notes and orange. On the palate there is honeycomb, icing sugar, candied ginger, demerara sugar and salted caramel. The finish is long, with peat smoke, eucalyptus, mint and gorse.
