Springbank 5 Year Old 100 Proof is a Campbeltown single malt in a 75cl bottle, bottled at around 57% ABV. The strength sharpens the distillery's traditional, slightly funky style, which shows here as grainy, lightly farmy and oily with a firm punch.
Despite its young age, it has a bold Campbeltown profile with coastal influence, plenty of malt and peat smoke.
The flavour is oily and malty with coastal notes and peat smoke, leading to a dry, salty finish.
