Longrow Peated is a single malt from the Springbank distillery in Campbeltown, bottled at 46% ABV. Longrow is the heavily peated style made there, with a high phenol content, and it is matured in sherry and bourbon casks.
The whisky has a light golden colour. The nose is smoky fresh fruit with a subtle touch of caramel.
On the palate a sharp citrus fruit note mingles with caramelised vanilla. The finish is smoky but fresh, woody and sweet, with a hint of sweet fruit.
