A pink sparkling wine from Trentino, made by the classic method. It has a powder-pink colour with copper reflections, fine and persistent bubbles, and aromas of wild strawberries, redcurrants, raspberries, rose and bread crust. On the palate it is fresh and lively, balanced by a pleasant roundness, with fine silky bubbles and a light mineral note on the finish. It suits light fish dishes, shellfish, sushi and refined starters, as well as a special toast.
