Breaking & Entering is an American whiskey from St. George Spirits in California, bottled at 43% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is the label used for the distillery's sourced whiskey line.
The blend was put together by master distiller Lance Winters and head distiller and blender Dave Smith. It combines straight bourbons from Kentucky and Tennessee, straight rye from Tennessee, and St. George's own malt whiskey aged in used and new barrels.
The palate is typically described as balanced and not overly sweet, with honey and toffee, white pepper, wood spices and slightly bitter burned caramel. The finish is lively and bright, with corn mash, a hint of honey and orange peel.
