St. George Pear Brandy has been the flagship of St. George Spirits since the distillery was founded in 1982. It is an unsweetened, 40% pear brandy made from organic, dry-farmed Bartlett pears, with about 30 pounds of whole fruit in every 750ml bottle.
The pears are fermented and distilled at their ripest on copper pot stills, with no sugar or anything artificial added.
The nose is strongly fruit-forward. The palate is dry, with ripe Bartlett pear, subtle honey and a hint of spice, and a buttery richness balanced by steely minerality.
