The nose brings fresh peach and floral lychee, with a hint of chalky flint, honeyed sourdough and flaky sultana pastries. The palate is rich with sweet peach and other stone fruit, candied pineapple and milk bottle sweets, with silky vanilla cream and a sprinkle of savoury spice.
The finish is smooth, with vanilla shortbread, candle wax, tangy citrus and a hint of pepper.
