Stalk and Barrel is a small-batch Canadian whisky blend made in Ontario from Canadian-grown grains, using an unfiltered wort. It is bottled at 40% in a 75cl bottle.
The nose is soft, with creamy vanilla, light caramel and butterscotch, plus subtle fruit and gentle grain. On the palate, vanilla and butterscotch sit alongside fresh fruit, delicate rye spice and a touch of white pepper. The finish is clean and gently warming, with lingering vanilla sweetness and restrained pepper.
