Stalla Dhu Saorsa is a single cask Speyside whisky, bottled at 50% in a 70cl bottle. Saorsa means freedom in Scottish Gaelic. It is a limited edition, unfiltered and drawn from an individually numbered cask.
The nose has honey, vanilla, light spices, green apple and soft oak. The palate is full and lively, with toffee, citrus, malt and spice, plus a touch of pepper. The finish is long and warm, with vanilla and delicate wood.
