Star Hill Farm Wheat Whisky 2026 Release

Star Hill Farm Wheat Whisky is a limited release from Maker's Mark, named after the 1,100-acre Kentucky farm where it is produced and rooted in regenerative agriculture. The 2026 release marries two mash bills: one made entirely with malted wheat, the other 70% wheat and 30% malted barley. The final blend is 27% wheat, 62% malted wheat and 11% malted barley. It opens with molasses, fig and delicate baking spices. Zesty citrus, ripe pear and buttery shortbread follow on the palate, and the finish is a soft cinnamon.
