Starward Bourbon Cask #2 is an Australian single malt whisky bottled at 52% in a 70cl bottle. It is fully matured in bourbon barrels for five 'Melbourne years'.
This release is the inverse of Starward's signature red wine barrel maturation style, with bourbon barrels used for the whole of maturation. Starward describes it as its most anticipated release yet.
