Dolce is a single malt from the Australian distillery Starward, bottled at 48% in a 50cl bottle. The base is the distillery's Signature Single Malt, distilled twice from Australian barley and brewer's yeast, which also contributes flavour.
The whisky then matures in Australian red wine casks. This gives it wine and oak character, together with a hint of Sicilian notes.
